Giveaway Rules

Winner will be announced the first week of September, 2023. One grand prize winner and one runner up winner only and entering your information only for a chance to win. NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT IS NECESSARY TO ENTER. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. The Great Smoky Mountain Getaway Giveaway Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) are open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old and the age of majority in their jurisdiction at the time of entry. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Proof of residency and age may be required. To enter the Sweepstakes or receive the prize, you must fully comply with these Official Rules and, by entering, you represent and warrant that you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, whose decisions shall be binding and final in all respects relating to the Sweepstakes.
