CLIMB Works is a MUST DO! We went on our honeymoon and it was an amazing experience! The views were breathtaking! All... the staff were very knowledgeable, helpful, nice, and made us feel comfortable! This was our first time zip-lining and they took their time to explain everything, made sure everyone was comfortable, and even took time to get to know us. This was the best experience of my life! They take pictures of you along the way at least 20 of them and you can... purchase them all for 35$. It was a little nerve wracking at first but everyone who was with us made it so fun and enjoyable! I am pretty sure our guides were Pierce, Kiki and Rachel. They were very knowledgeable and fun to hang out with for 2 hours! Will definitely do it again in the future!read more

Climb works was an extraordinary experience for my 55 year old birthday. I was with a wonderful family and had the time... of our life. Our guides were knowledgeable, very talented and passionate about their job. Our guides: Pat, Teddy and Slick were beyond amazing but they were patient and helpful even when you were scared! Our guides (Caleb, BK, and Ashton) were so friendly and made sure every single one of us had the best time! They remembered all our names, made sure to check in at each zip line point (there’s so many), and showed us really cool tricks to do.Aside from the awesome zip line course, as a very surprising bonus: I lost my ring there, and I’m from Canada, heading back the next night- they took my number and said they’ll give me a call if they find it.Not only did they offer to find it and reach out, they also offered to ship it out to me (which they are doing 😄) You can imagine if they’re taking care of a customer after I’m out of the country, how amazing your experience will be!!read more

We had a great time at CLIMB works with our guides. They were all very nice, with happy personalities and positive... attitudes the whole time. They were very helpful, accommodating, and encouraging. They made it an even more enjoyable experience with their humor and even gave you a little history of the surrounding area in between zip lines. I was extremely nervous to go down the first zip line, but it was well worth it. They also took over 40 pictures of pictures of us that we could purchase once returning to the building, pictures we wouldn't have otherwise. The whole experience was very worth it. I included a picture of our lovely guides, Sylvie, Indie, and Bree, and another of myself before going down one of the last zip lines.read more

I recommend this place so much. We’re celebrating my friends anniversary and I’m so glad this was one of her option... because we had a blast. Our guides were so nice and funny! Racheal was amazing and made sure I felt safe when I was nervous, thank you! This lasted for about two hours, 100% worth the price. A bit of climbing stairs so if you have bad knee, prepared yourself. They have waters in between so you don’t really have to bring water bottles. The most memorable thing we did on our trip! We had so much fun! Our guides, Pat, John & Pierce we top tier! Not only... were they hilarious, but super educational as well. Me and my 11 year old daughter have never zip lined like this before but they made us feel so safe & she nailed the "full time baller"! Far from a boring experience. They all do very well communicating to ensure that you are and feel safe throughout the trip. They are awesome, great teamwork!Kenny does well at giving instructions and breaking the ice at the beginning before we start the adventure, educating you about the acronym behind their name CLIMB, letting you know how to improve and be successful while zip lining, and providing information about The Great Smoke Mountains and the equipment that is used on course. This was the highlight of our trip to the Smoky Mountains! Our guides , Emma, Jada and Lily were the best. They helped... the nervous people in our group feel safe and taught the more adventurous how to challenge themselves while zip lining. The guides were fun, entertaining and encouraging. There were 6 lines so first timers have a chance to get comfortable. The ATV ride up to the first line was a bonus. The scenery was incredible and the guides shared local information and history of the area with us. There is a moderate but manageable amount of stair climbing, which was no problem for our group (ages 10-55 and various fitness levels) Highly recommended!!!!read more

What an unforgettable experience!! Everything from the online booking to the moment we pulled out of the parking lot... was amazing. The location is perfect, facilities very nice and staff- exceptional!! We had Ashton, Emma and Jada as our guides and I have no words that would fully describe the level of professionalism and friendliness. They make it super fun. Our 10 year old wanted to come again the next day and if it wasn’t our last day we probably would do another round. Our family went on the zip line tour with guides BK, Pat, and Trey. The guides were both professional and funny;... keeping us safe and entertained. I was impressed with the way they handled a rider who was incredibly apprehensive and scared. They were patient, talked her through it, and by the end she was having a great time. Kudos to Pat who had to backtrack twice on the cables, hanging/running upside to retrieve my daughter .The towers , cables, and gear appear new and in great condition. The views are awesome. Many thanks to our guides Hayden, Aubrey, & Rachel for making this safe and fun! My 7yo was too light for a couple of... the lines, Aubrey hooked him to her and went tandem (which was his highlight.) Rachel took great action photos.CLIMB Works uses an auto braking system, which makes this so much better not having to wear gloves, reach up, and hand break like I've had to do at other places. I also appreciate their set up so that I was able to fly down a few of the lines upside down.read more

Climbworks has the best views and some amazing guides! Amber, Stockton, and Lilah were fun and yet very professional,... keeping things light yet knowing you are in great hands! Each zip-line gets easier as you go! The 1st 2 lines are about teaching you what to do and then after that you can have some fun on the lines (going super fast, upside down, or just fun poses). I took my 12 yo and 10yo and they both had so much fun! My daughter even made a friend w/ another family that was in our group on the adventure. Definitely recommend - worth every penny! We lucked out and got the most amazing trio of guides - Bre, Grace, and Leah - who took our experience to the next level. They were not only super knowledgeable but also incredibly friendly, making us feel safe and comfy throughout the entire adventure. Their passion for the outdoors and infectious enthusiasm made every moment unforgettable.The majestic views of the Smoky Mountains were just as spectacular as I had envisioned. We had so much fun!! Best zip line in the Gatlinburg area that we’ve done!!Online booking was super easy and filling... out the waivers ahead of time helped too! Drinks and ice pops were available to purchase along with their merch of shirts & hats. Easy to locate CLIMB - follow GPS on website to Rd not lane. We had 11 people in our zip group with 3 guides. One sender JON and two receivers CHARIS and SYLVI. They were super awesome and great communication keeping us all safe and excited. Staff brought us in to get harnessed about 20 mins before an exciting ride up the mountain in UTVs to our first platform. Started on time and the experience lasted 2hrs starting from first platform. Wasn’t a fan of the climb up circular stairs (I get a little dizzy/it’s a me thing) but certainly worth it! What a view! Platforms are plenty big and info plaques at each one for a little education about the surrounding areas. Definitely recommend this zip site and if you’re lucky to get one of our guides tell JON Tanner says hi and that he loved the toss to get him across and can’t wait until we go back!read more

This was my favorite ziplining experience so far and I've ziplined at the grand canyon. Obviously both are incredible... experiences but this was a much longer course with an absolutely breathtaking view of the mountains. -Our first attempt last year didn't start out well. There was lightning in the area, so after they trekked us up the... mountain in a UTV, the course was canceled. However, we did get our money back.-This year, we finally succeeded... it was awesome. Always wanted to try it and the reviews of this outfit were spot on. The staff was knowledgeable and all were very... friendly. Glad I tried it out and can check it off my bucket list.Only gripe is that they try charging for photos taken with an older iPhone after you’re done. It was already fairly expensive for what you get to do. Emailing some phone camera pics to clients who already spent a princes ransom for the experience would be a good gesture. Other touring companies I’ve hired do that.read more

The team and experience at Climb exceeded expectations, and I can’t wait to come again. For any others concerned about... safety, I can happily say that the Climb team takes safety seriously and I never felt unsafe or worried during the whole experience. We went on a very busy weekend (spring break season) and it didn’t take away from the experience at all. The zip line course was so much fun, and they even teach you how to ride upside down (completely optional if it’s not your thing)! It’s a blast. Our guides were amazing and made the whole experience much more memorable. They take photos for you throughout the experience so you don’t need to worry about capturing photos yourself. You do have to buy the photos they take, but it was $35 to purchase all the photos and we felt it was worth it. We come to gatlinburg once a year and this will be a new staple in our annual visit. This place is a must if you are going to zipline while in the Pigeon Forge/ Gatlinburg area. 6 lines and they are all... fun, even the shorter ones. Our guides Hayden, Autumn and Pat were fantastic. They were all very friendly, funny and personable. I have to say they were wonderful with our boys and even treated the couple of adults we had in the group that were scared of heights wonderfully. Amazing experience! I am an avid zipliner. I LOVE it! I had read all the reviews before hand and I KNEW this was going... to be a great time. From start to finish, everyone was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Our guides had tons of personality and kept us laughing and having a good time, all while being SAFE! Safety is a huge priority for them and that puts people at ease. I brought my friend with me on Friday 2/16 for the 11 AM tour. She had never been ziplining before and was super nervous. Our guides made her feel confident and put her at ease. I could’ve spent all day ziplining there. The views are fantastic! I have done other ziplines in the area but this is my absolute favorite. If you’re hesitant to go…don’t be! Just go!!! It’s an experience you won’t forget. Thank you to all of you at Climbworks! You made our day. Oh, and don’t forget….tip your guides! The whole experience was awesome and what made it better were our guides. Emma and Pat were great. At the moment I... can’t remember our third guides name for my life but he was also awesome but I’ll have a picture of all three so you can see. They knew the landscape of the area and were very chill and knowledgeable about what they were doing with us. The equipment they have here made the experience much easier and safer compared to another place I’ve tried in the past. I highly recommend for anyone looking to zip line or ppl just in the area to come here.read more

I am 55 & very afraid of heights. Not gonna lie that 1st jump is a doozy, I thought about turning back several... times.Avery, Reagan, and Alex were very trustworthy competent guides and I was much more confident after the first jump.Im so glad I got to experience this & I cant wait to do it again!! They were fun, answered questions, and even gave us a little nature & history info. Check out my rescue video & you'll see why I felt secure with these guides.You are way above any tree on the mountain & the views were breathtaking, Mt Lecompte & Appalachian trail. Each run is unique. Avery took pics for us, and the last two runs we even got to go upside down, backwards, spider-man or a few other poses!FYI Weight limit is strictly 270lb, if you are close I would weigh in (with your gear on their scale) ahead. 2 in our group didn't get to go (272lb & 275lb), & the got a refund. From walk in to return whole thing was about 2 1/2 hours & there is no place to watch zip-liners from below.read more

Outstandingly stupendous zip-line experience! Decided to stop here on road trip whim. Reserved and payed for a spot... online so easy-peasy! Beautiful setting amongst the trees. The staff is friendly and engaging and they do all of the set up and stuff. 2 hrs includes Jeep ride to and from the course, suspended stairs, bridges, 6 zip-lines of varying lengths (2 of them over 1500’). Simply put, a wonderful experience!!read more

I am terrified of heights and almost backed out when I was on the first platform, but my guide Sylvie was so nice and... patient with me, and after I finally zipped on the first line I LOVED it. 100% recommend. This place is the real deal. Our group was led by John, Luke and Emma who were experts - very personable,... knowledgeable and professional. It's a very scenic course nestled high above a beautiful tree canopy with great views of the Smokies. My 11-yr old son and I had never ziplined before and had an absolute blast. I love that this place isn't a theme park with cheesy souvenirs and greasy concessions, but rather an honest no-frills forest adventure experience. They seem like a great organization. this was such an amazing experience for our honeymoon and something to knock off the bucket list !! The guides were... AWESOME and very encouraging. DEFINITELY WORTH IT! We booked the bundle for rafting and zip lining don’t recommend the rafting horrible customer service and lockers cost even tho zip lining offered it for free. the zip lining was 100% worth it as far as the rafting i don’t recommend.read more

Amazing experience! I highly recommend choosing this place to go ziplining. We had so much fun even though we were so... nervous in the beginning. Our guides Grace, Leah and Kenny made us feel safe and comfortable and made it a fun experience. Very lucky we also had an amazing group of strangers who made it even more enjoyable. 10/10. We had a great experience zip lining with Climb Works today. Our guides were Autumn, Bay, and Luke and they were... awesome. It was the first time zip lining for both my husband and me. We were both a little nervous but after the first zip line it was a blast. Our guides made us feel safe and made the experience fun.Shout out to Luke because I was terrified at the end of the trip to step off the platform to get to the ground. He saw I was nervous and just told me I could do it gave me a quick countdown from 3 and I went.I’m not a big fan of heights but I would definitely zip line with Climb Works again.read more

Had a blast zip lining in the Smokey mountains! Highlighy suggest CLIMB Works Smoky Mountains they accommodated me and... my feeding tube. I didn’t think I was going to be able to go because I called other zip lining places and they said no and no accommodations can be made! Not only did they accommodate me but our tour guys were absolutely amazing (and funny!) Daniel, Liz and Charis are the best. And shout out for Beth for also being amazing. She’s the one I spoke to about the accommodations and she just made me feel so welcome and reassured me that she would make something happen. I am grateful for this crew for making me feel as “normal” as possible and not allowing my disability to stop me from living my life to the fullest! I would like to commend climb works for hiring such extraordinary people!read more

WE HAD SO MUCH FUN!!! My family is visiting from out of state on a lil vacation and all ages of our group had a blast!!... The kids and some parents were kinda nervous— but the guides knew their stuff! They answered all our questions, shared some local history facts, cracked plenty of jokes, and made sure we were always securely strapped in. We LOVED our time with Yeti, Kate, and Tristan!!! Our amazing 2.5 hrs multiple zip line pics taken last weekend. What an amazing adventure! Highly recommend! #climbworks... is the company. One of the zips was almost 1/3 of a mile long! Climb works has been the biggest highlight of our trip. Our 7 year old daughter was nervous but Jo made sure she was... taken care of the whole time, she was very friendly & professional . Riley had the time of her life. The entire staff was a good vibe to be around and you can always tell when someone loves their job and boy do they. I would recommend climb works to anybody as they made it fun for everyone in our group. And a great learning experience. The views were phenomenal and the experience was top class. Zip higher and ride longer than ever before on our six dual lines that allow you to enjoy the experience right next to friends or family. Our platforms stand high above the treetops to offer panoramic mountain views you won’t find anywhere else.
4 SKY BRIDGES AND FUN ENDING
Along the 2 hour tour you’ll traverse high above the ground on four aerial bridges and end your adventure by rappelling from the final platform. But don’t worry, we send you down at a steady controlled speed!
ATV RIDE TO THE TOP
Start the tour off with an ATV ride (6 passenger) up the mountainside where you’ll gain 400 vertical feet over a half mile.

Since this tour is on top of a mountain, the views on this course are nothing short of spectacular. Throughout the entire tour you’ll experience panoramic 360˚ views of the beautiful Smokies.
